McCall Capital purchased this 12.8-acre (former SCDOT/industrial) site, strategically located at the intersection of Laurens Road and N. Pleasantburg Drive, with excellent drive-by visibility. This iconic, centrally located site offers convenient access to downtown Greenville, Cleveland Park, all major thoroughfares, and a wide variety of employers, dining, retail, entertainment, and outdoor recreation, including direct access to Greenville’s dynamic Swamp Rabbit Trail Extension.

McCall envisions Enclave Laurens as an urban mixed-use destination with a variety of complementary uses and venues, including multifamily housing, office, hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, and retail shops, along with an abundance of outdoor amenities and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.

The site is fully entitled for development with Planned Development zoning obtained in early 2022. McCall Capital is actively engaged in finalizing A&E construction plans and permits and expects to capitalize and begin construction of Enclave Laurens Phase I in Q2 2026. All in, the total capitalization of Enclave Laurens Village is estimated to exceed $200M.
